If you received an item defective or damaged during shipping, we got you covered with a Replacement! Not fully feelin the product? Don't worry, we got you with an exchange or store credit to pick out something that you'll like :)
Our 14 day return policy gaurantees that you are good for a Replacement or Exchange within 14 days of purchasing the product if you recieved that product damaged or broken.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the order number as well.
To initiate a Replacement, you can contact us at thehypeshift@gmail.com. If Replacement is confirmed, you will need to pay for return shipping, and we will provide you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send us back an item without first requesting a replacement as it will NOT be accepted.
We are more than happy to Exchange your item for your satisfaction, but please note that each item is only eligible for ONE FINAL EXCHANGE.
